Specific service engagements are additionally governed by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and applicable order forms, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

3. Service Availability
Uptime commitments, service level agreements, and support response times are defined in individual client contracts and are not established by this website.
4. Compliance
Where F9 Networks acts as a business associate under HIPAA, a separate Business Associate Agreement governs the handling of protected health information and takes precedence over these Terms for that purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law and except as otherwise set forth in a signed client agreement, F9 Networks' liability arising from use of this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
